Kerusso Foundation exists to train spiritual leaders in the developing world to lead Christ centered organizations that impact their community in the name of Jesus Christ.
From this statement we answer the following questions:
Who do we serve? Spiritual leaders, we believe God anoints spiritual leaders for leadership so we follow His trail and help bring their organizational leadership skills to the level of spiritual leadership.
Where are they located? In 2nd and 3rd world regions
What do the people we serve do? They are selected to create, manage and lead in a Christ centered organization. This could be humanitarian aid organizations, churches, seminaries, mission organizations, businesses.
Why do they lead these organizations? To impact their community with the love and hope given by Jesus. 1st, salvation of souls, 2nd caring for the needy and poor, 3rd creating income for the community.
