Moving Beyond the Covid-19 Crisis
With the current crisis, global leaders cannot afford to have ineffective or inefficient organizations. The problem is most organizations are stuck in survival mode during Covid-19 and they have no plans or strategy on moving beyond the crisis. This type of approach is like playing with fire in which most organizations are burned. The workshop challenges participants to reflect and learn how to create an environment that thrives beyond Covid-19 by moving beyond generational differences.
