Covid-19 crisis has struck a hard blow to the global leader. With uncertainties and the need for fast decisions, power and knowledge has been placed with a select few leaders in the organization. This action brings many issues to the forefront such as ethical problems in the workplace. How does a Nextgen Global Leader face these challenge? Overcoming this challenge starts with utilizing the Five Principles of Global Leadership. During crisis the temptation to abuse power is great, this is why the global leaders has to utilize the principle of integrity to guide them.
