Covid-19 crisis has struck a hard blow to the global leader. With uncertainties and the need for fast decisions, power and knowledge has been placed with a select few leaders in the organization. This action brings many issues to the forefront such as ethical problems in the workplace. How does a Nextgen Global Leader face these challenge? Overcoming this challenge starts with utilizing the Five Principles of Global Leadership.
