A NextGen Global Leader has following characteristics:

1. Integrity
Acts in alignment with a set of core values and beliefs
2. Purpose
Practices attentive and active listening; has the patience to hear and can accurately restate opinions of others even when he/she disagrees.
3. Sacrifice
A leader will see sacrifices in three primary areas i.e. Individual, Family and Those s/he serves
4. Discipline
A leader has to be disciplined in many areas, but the two most important are time and priorities.
5. Compassion
The leadership principle of compassion is the key in effectively developing other people.

  • Effective Communicator: Understands and clearly articulates an inspired vision of the company’s goals and mission;
  • Strategic/Critical Thinker: Four strategic and critical thinking skills are decision-making, problem solving, anticipating problems, and implementing plans.
  • Develops High-Performing Teams: Identifies strengths of team members and places them in the correct roles.
  • Coaches: Is approachable and easy to talk to; patient with the interpersonal anxieties of others.
  • Delegation: Clearly and comfortably delegates both routine and important tasks and decisions; broadly shares both responsibility and accountability; trusts employees to perform.
  • Adaptability: Can effectively handle change.
