The NextGen Global Leaders Program focuses on strengthening local Christian leaders in Asia involved in senior leadership roles in the church, in ministries, and in business, but who have limited access to leadership development opportunities.
The Kerusso Institute for Global Leaders has established this one-year learning program to build a movement of mature, authentic, servant-hearted, NextGen Global Leaders who bring the truth and transforming power of the Gospel to their communities, countries, the region, and the world through multiplying and self-sustaining leadership strategies.
Who are we looking for?
The Kerusso Institute for Global Leaders is seeking local and national Christian leaders to join the NextGen Global Leaders Program who…
- Have a demonstrated passion to
- expand church planting networks, or
- lead organizations that meet social and physical needs in their community and country, or
- lead businesses that impact the community for Christ
- Come recommended from other Christian leaders and like-minded organizations.
- Demonstrate a high motivation to learn and grow. Any university education is helpful but not required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to participate in the year-long learning program of 4 quarterly seminars.
- The Kerusso Institute will provide full scholarships for a limited number of selected Christian leaders.

- A small-group student cohort system of up to 15 entrepreneurial, missional leaders.
- A highly interactive and participatory learning approach that is rooted in the real-life context of the leader to help them develop practical strategies and solutions.
- Intensive 3-day seminar sessions every three months, meeting with their cohort of fellow leaders four times in the one year program.
