Dr. Jay Clark
Dr. Jay Clark currently lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth. Jay is married to Anne and they have five daughters. Jay’s background is filled with starting companies, organizations and a church. He has a mixture of academic and practical experience in developing global leaders.
Jay received his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Tennessee Temple University. He earned an MBA from Auburn University (U.S.A.) with a concentration in leadership, and during his graduate training, he studied at the Czech Management Center in Prague, Czech Republic. The research was on companies doing business in emerging markets. Jay also received a B.S. in Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (U.S.A). He also attended Southwestern Theological Seminary and Dallas Theological Seminary.

Experience:
Jay has lived in five countries on four different continents. He has traveled around the world consulting, teaching and preaching. His passion is serving Christ through developing Christ-centered leaders in the emerging world. Currently Jay serves as Executive Director of Kerusso Foundation, Inc.
From over 15 years of consulting experience in the US and an international market, Jay has gained valuable insights on strategy development, management challenges and practices, and leadership development. Jay founded Sun Consulting Services and managed the offices in the U.S. and Hong Kong. Under Jay’s leadership, Sun Consulting was able to be a pioneer in China for the consulting industry by working with a state-owned oil/gas company and a large publicly traded technology company. Jay has developed a network of global partners in Asia, Africa, Europe, India, and the Middle East for Sun Consulting Services. He also opened the SCS office in Hong Kong.
From his experiences of working in emerging markets around the world, Jay developed the Nextgen Global Leaders Program. This program is for corporations and non-profit organizations that are transforming into global companies and need to identify, train, and manage top talent in order to expand globally. Jay has worked with HR departments of both large and small organizations to link their corporate strategy with the leadership development program. Jay specializes in helping firms increase profits with global strategies that include Market Assessments, Market Entry, Global Channel/Distribution Management, Sourcing Products, and Investments.
Coaching Credentials:
Jay is a member of the International Association of Coaches and the International Leadership Association, and he has advised and coached executives and managers in countries such as China, Nigeria, Egypt, India, Cambodia, Jordan, Oman, and Norway.
Brad Fraser
Brad is from Australia. He lives in Singapore and works for Barclays where he is Head of Agency Derivative Services – Asia. Brad is a banking professional with 17 years of experience in Agency derivatives, business management, project and management roles in the Equities, Prime Services and Capital Markets gained through roles in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Korea.
Brad and wife Nicole have four children and serves in the youth ministry at his church in Singapore.
Tim Gerwing
Tim has over 18 years of experience in technology and operations. A native of Pittsburgh, Tim graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. in Industrial Management and Information and Decision Systems and has worked for Prudential Financial, KPMG Consulting, Benchmark Financial Network, Atlas Design Group, and Pursuant. Tim has held various leadership positions while working with clients in financial services, health/fitness, real estate, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, non-profit, legal, construction, hospitality, and politics.
Tim and his wife, Amy, have seven children and have a passion for preserving the life of the preborn.
Peter Wang
Peter Wang is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background. He was born in China and completed his education at Dalian University of Technology. Additionally, he pursued further studies at Dallas Theological Seminary from 2006 to 2010.
In 2003, amidst the challenging times of the SARS outbreak, Peter demonstrated his leadership and resilience by successfully planting his first church in Dalian. Under his guidance, this small house church grew into a network of nation-wide churches, now known as Community Bible Church International.
Currently residing in Walnut, California, Peter Wang leads a dynamic life, frequently traveling between Asia and the USA, engaging in various endeavors that impact communities across borders. His dedication to fostering spiritual growth and establishing strong faith communities continues to make a significant impact in both continents.
