Our long term goal is to help Christian leaders become more effective in guiding their organizations, so that their mission organizations can be more effective in evangelism, planting churches and integral mission engagement. We also desire for leaders to be transformed internally by demonstrating authentic Christian character that brings light to a dark world. We will spend a year with each participant through the cohort learning model and individual coaching. This kind of networking and partnering relationship equips each participant to shape their mission, vision, and strategy into an implementable plan.

1. Near Term Objective
1) Increase opportunity for 30-45 disadvantaged leaders to learn in a academic, stimulating, participatory, small group environment.
Conduct pre-assessment, mid-term evaluation, and a post-course assessment to define customized leadership development path
2) Increase the leadership and organizational development capacity of targeted leaders through 3 cohorts during the first year.Participants are organized into cohorts of 10-15 each. They will successfully complete 4 modules of 10 weeks each, including quarterly 3-day seminars and ongoing assignments.
3) Increase church planting and integral mission effectiveness of at least 10 local organizations in five primary areas of leadership:
1. Strategic Planning
2. Self Leadership
3. Leading Change
4. Leading High-Performing Teams
5. Decisions with Integrity

Each participant develops written peer-reviewed implementable plans and goals in each of the five target areas of leadership development.

Assessment and intentional follow up through individual coaching with leaders.
